~/.mozilla/firefox/********.default/chrome/userChrome.css
に次を追加するだけ。

* {
font-size: 12px !important
}

ちょっとスッキリ。こんな感じ。

ついでに /usr/share/language-selector/fontconfig/ja_JP の hintnone を以下のとおり hintfull に変更。
「メニュー」−「設定」−「インターフェース」からヒント処理を有効にして細身系の表示にしました。
